Teval has chosen the path of striving toward being a sustainable company, keeping in mind, that a SME is not a subject to report according to ESG standard. (EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) including the European Sustainability Reporting Standard ).

Supplier Code of Conduct
Purpose:
This document sets out the ethical, environmental and social standards expected from all suppliers of Teval Elektroonika.
Compliance with Laws & Regulations
Suppliers must comply with all local, national, and international laws regarding labor, environmental protection, and fair trade. All electronic components must comply with EU RoHS regulations.
Environmental Responsibility
We call upon suppliers to reduce the carbon footprint, waste, and energy consumption associated with production and logistics, and to use eco-friendly packaging.
Labor & Human Rights
The use of child labor and forced labor is prohibited. All employees must be guaranteed fair wages, safe working conditions, and equal opportunities.
Ethical Business Practices
Bribes, corruption, and fraud in any form are not permitted. Suppliers must respect intellectual property rights and protect customer data.
Supply Chain Transparency
Suppliers must monitor their own suppliers, ensure that they also adhere to ethical and environmental standards, and submit compliance documentation when required.

Today environmental compliance information (RoHS and REACH) is available for 100% of our actively marketed products.
All of our products meet the RoHS and Reach directive as per our best knowledge.
